Cookie Policy
Cookies on nextmove.one
This page lists every cookie and browser-storage item the Next Move™ website sets, who sets it, what it is for and how long it lasts. Analytics cookies are off until you accept them.
Last updated: October 7, 2026 · Effective: October 7, 2026
At a glance
- We use no advertising cookies, retargeting pixels or social media trackers.
- Two analytics tools, Google Analytics and Amazon CloudWatch RUM, set cookies only after you click “Accept analytics”. If you decline or ignore the banner, they do not load.
- If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as a “no” and do not show the banner.
- You can change your choice at any time with the button below.
1. What cookies are
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. Sites also use similar browser storage (called “local storage”). This policy covers both and calls them all “cookies” for short.
2. Cookies we use
Google Analytics and CloudWatch RUM report visits in aggregate: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate region, page load speed and errors. We do not use them to identify you.
3. Services that load without setting cookies
- HubSpot forms (home page and Contact page). The demo and contact forms load from HubSpot. When we checked on October 7, 2026, the forms set no cookies on our site when they loaded. What you type into a form is sent to HubSpot, which stores it for us.
- Email sign-up (site footer). Your email address is sent to HubSpot when you click Subscribe. No cookie is set.
- Google Fonts. Our fonts load from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address and browser details. No cookie is set.
Each of these companies handles data under its own privacy policy. See the Next Move™ Privacy Policy for how we handle what we receive.
4. Global Privacy Control
If your browser or an extension sends the Global Privacy Control signal, our site does not load Google Analytics or CloudWatch RUM and does not set their cookies. We honor GPC as an opt-out of sale and sharing under the CCPA/CPRA and any other state law that recognizes it. We do not sell or share personal information in any case.
5. How to change or remove cookies
- Use the Change cookie settings button at the top of this page. If you switch from accept to decline, we delete the analytics cookies and reload the page.
- Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site still works without them.
- Google offers a Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on that works on every site.
6. Changes to this policy
If we add, remove or change a cookie, we will update the table above and the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
